The Need
The FMP initiative aims to address the need for an inclusive and market-driven Vocational Educational and Training (VET) ecosystem in Marawi City, focusing on up-skilling and right-skilling internally displaced persons (IDPs), particularly the youth.
Intervention
FMP organised a series of online multi-stakeholder fora to provide specific stakeholders information on the roles, responsibilities, and benefits of the partnership.
Our Output/Impact
This initiative seeks to empower the youth of Marawi City by increasing their employability rate, improving access to inclusive VET, incentivizing program completion, and streamlining professional growth opportunities. Also aims to create a positive impact on the lives of IDPs and contribute to the overall development of the community.
