TB MIND Asia

PROJECT BACKGROUND

TB MIND Asia is a three-year initiative funded by USAID that aims to explore opportunities for integrating mental health services with TB care in Indonesia, Cambodia, and the Philippines. A successful project launch was essential to align stakeholders and introduce the framework for collaborative care.

OUR INTERVENTION

ASSIST managed end-to-end delivery of the launch, including event logistics, delegate management with government officials, health practitioners, NGOs, and private sector representatives, and development of the branding and thematic design for the session.

OUR IMPACT

Participants reported that the event effectively clarified the integrated care approach and fostered collaboration across sectors. The launch strengthened commitment to coordinated TB and mental health services, enhanced understanding of the initiative’s goals, and positioned TB MIND Asia as a credible platform for advancing integrated healthcare solutions in the region.
