ASSIST collaborated with Signify to develop an engaging e-learning game for its Strategy License Game initiative. The goal was to test and enhance employee knowledge of the company’s strategy through a fun, interactive, and race-themed assessment. The game was designed to be both challenging and rewarding, with players earning a “Strategy License” upon successful completion.
ASSIST designed and produced a comprehensive e-learning game featuring a race-track map and five pit stops. At each pit stop, players faced two questions to test their knowledge of Signify’s strategy. A 2-minute motion graphics video with custom artwork reinforced key concepts, while a final screen allowed users to download their license and enter a prize draw.
The Strategy License Game successfully gamified the learning experience, making complex strategic concepts accessible and memorable. Its interactive and competitive format drove high user engagement and strengthened employees’ understanding and application of Signify’s core strategies.
