The Asian Development Bank (ADB) aimed to strengthen staff and management capacity in financial management through structured e-learning modules that simplify complex concepts and enhance decision-making efficiency.
ASSIST developed eight SCORM-compliant e-learning modules, providing detailed audioscripts, storyboards, and prototypes for ADB approval. We produced the full course, conducted functional SCORM testing on the ADB eLearn LMS, and delivered maintenance guidelines to ensure ongoing usability and updates. ASSIST also assisted the ADB eLearning team in course deployment.
The modules equipped ADB staff and management with practical financial management skills, improving comprehension of complex concepts and enhancing operational efficiency. The course enabled wider organizational adoption of best practices, fostering informed decision-making and stronger financial oversight across ADB operations.
