The Need
In the 12 years of the ADB Accountability Mechanism Policy, OCRP (Office of the Compliance Review Panel) has been conducting awareness to key stakeholders in over 24 countries. But given the diversity of audiences, projects, and markets and the growing to ask for awareness, the need for more robust and user-friendly guidance materials has been identified.
Intervention
ASSIST was selected by ADB to assess, design, develop, test and roll out a series of knowledge products focused on communicating the role and importance of the Accountability Mechanism
Our Output/Impact
A series of stakeholder workshops were made to assess the need and gather requirements, as well as the design and development of a series containing 4 guidebooks targeted at different target audiences. Lastly, it also includes the development of a road map for further evolution to reach the overarching goal of OCRP in the area of accountability
