As part of the Responsible Supply Chains in Asia Programme, the ILO sought to strengthen understanding and application of responsible business conduct and fair labor practices across businesses, governments, trade unions, civil society, and academia. While interest in corporate social responsibility is growing, many stakeholders face challenges in applying responsible supply chain practices, limiting collaboration and impact.
ASSIST supported the initiative by conceptualizing and producing a range of communication and knowledge products tailored to diverse stakeholders. These included an animated project video, standee banner, brochures, country overviews, training guides, participant handbooks, social media cards, and presentation materials—all designed to clearly convey key messages and practical guidance.
The communication products enhanced stakeholders’ awareness of responsible business practices and promoted deeper dialogue on ethical supply chains. By equipping partners with accessible tools and materials, the initiative empowered them to advocate for fair labor and sustainable practices within their sectors, fostering stronger alignment and long-term impact in advancing responsible supply chains in Asia.
