Learning and Communications Consultant for the Assets, Agency, and Trust Programme

PROJECT BACKGROUND

Community-based groups are often underrepresented in development initiatives, limiting their ability to shape solutions and influence outcomes. The Assets, Agency, and Trust Programme (AAT) promotes inclusive, community-led approaches to development, emphasizing genuine partnerships that empower local groups and strengthen resilience.

OUR INTERVENTION

ASSIST facilitated learning events, produced assessment reports, and developed storytelling materials to highlight community initiatives. Key outputs included the Pagtatasa and Paglalagom Reports, which documented project outcomes, lessons learned, and reflections on next steps. We also created videos and community stories, including Assets, Agency, and Trust and Kwento at Kwenta, showcasing grassroots efforts and promoting people-centered development.

OUR IMPACT

The reports and storytelling materials enhanced visibility and reflection, helping partners understand what worked, identify challenges, and plan next steps. Videos and community stories inspired learning across groups, spotlighted local initiatives, and reinforced the value of community-led approaches. These outputs strengthened learning, collaboration, and advocacy, supporting more inclusive and impactful development outcomes.
