Penta TEAM COACH

PROJECT BACKGROUND

TEAM COACH is a three-year initiative led by Fondazione Penta ETS across Spain, Italy, and Greece to address rising antimicrobial resistance (AMR) rates. By creating an innovative e-training tool, the project strengthens infection prevention and antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) in pediatric healthcare, equipping medical professionals with practical, evidence-based knowledge.

OUR INTERVENTION

ASSIST developed and designed a comprehensive e-learning program, built a Moodle-based mobile application for Android and iOS, and provided full program support, maintenance, hosting, and platform sustainability throughout the project’s lifecycle.

OUR IMPACT

ASSIST’s digital solutions enhanced knowledge sharing and skill-building among pediatric healthcare professionals, enabling better infection prevention practices and responsible antimicrobial use. The accessible e-learning platform and mobile app promoted continuous learning across countries, supporting a stronger, more resilient healthcare workforce to combat AMR and safeguard child health.
