The Need
Deloitte’s global CSR program, WorldClass, has a goal to empower 380,000 Filipinos across the Philippines, 2 million futures across Southeast Asia, and 50 million globally, all by 2030.
Intervention
In partnership with Deloitte Philippines, ASSIST launched the WorldClass instructor-based learning videos aimed at providing critical skills development to the Filipino youth on topics covering the skills required for the jobs of the future – Cloud Computing, Mobile Development, Business Continuity Management Systems, and Cybersecurity.
Our Output/Impact
ASSIST contributed to this milestone with more than 10,000 unique Filipinos trained on the critical skills for the jobs of the future through the development and roll-out of WorldClass video learning modules and issued more than 24,000 4th IR career-ready WorldClass e-certificates.
