The ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) annually assesses corporate governance practices of over 300 firms across the region through its Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS). To strengthen transparency, comparability, and accountability, the project required a digital solution that could streamline assessments and enhance usability for participating firms and regulators.
ASSIST designed and implemented the online Corporate Governance Scorecard platform, developing a user-friendly interface with secure log-ins, custom functionalities, and structured questionnaires. The platform was complemented by updated brand guidelines, a new ACMF logo, website, and brochure to ensure cohesive communication and visibility. Rigorous testing ensured system reliability and ease of adoption.
The digital platform transformed how governance assessments were conducted, making the process more efficient, transparent, and accessible. Regulators and firms reported improved usability, streamlined data submission, and enhanced comparability of results across ASEAN. By modernizing the CGS and strengthening ACMF’s brand identity, ASSIST helped bolster trust in regional capital markets and reinforce investor confidence in ASEAN’s commitment to strong corporate governance.
