Oxfam’s Program Quality is much more than tools, techniques and resources. It depends for a large part on the mindset, attitudes & behavior of staff on all levels and across different functions. All staff contributes to program quality in their own way.
ASSIST Creativelab led the creation and development of the digital design of the program quality self-learning online courses.
The main outputs of the project are to propose didactical approaches enabling self-reflection and interaction with the self-Learning e-course according to its objectives and suggested content, and visuals developed, tested and to review the digital-design/adaptation of the self-Learning e-course.
